The School Development Plan outlines the key priorities we are focusing on to continue strengthening the quality of education and provision across the school. These priorities are identified through ongoing evaluation by leaders and governors, alongside the views of staff, pupils and parents. This process helps us recognise what is working well and where further improvement will make the greatest difference for our children.
